Overview
Identity is a cornerstone of the digital world, but current systems often require users to sacrifice their privacy. This research explores how Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) can be used to prove identity attributes (like age or citizenship) without revealing the underlying data.
Research Areas
- ZK-KYC: Compliant but private Know-Your-Customer processes.
- Selective Disclosure: Allowing users to share only necessary information.
- Sybil Resistance: Using private identity to ensure “one human, one vote” in DAOs.
Current Progress
We are currently evaluating several ZK-proof libraries and designing the schema for anonymous credentials.
